Was it just me or did it look/sounded like Jesse's dish should had beaten Luca's? Joe and Graham praised her dish until Ramsay had a problem with the side. Seems pretty stupid to use the "you left the best side outside the plate" as an argument there.

Yes! I remember I went from "who?" (I'm not a dedicated follower of comedy) to "I love this guy!" by the end of his set. Too bad he wasn't on this one.

Who's your provider? I have DirecTV and they had a free preview of FX Movies but not anymore. Yesterday they started showing FXX but I see a message that will only be for a week or so.

This morning I got the sad message that FXX is actually a free preview for 2 weeks. It's not even in my next tier package, I would have to basically double my bill to get it. There's only one other truly desirable channel outside my package (IFC) so it's a no go.

Probably because he did it every 5 minutes. After awhile it just starts grating on you.

Not really familiar with her, except for the roasting she gave Jay Leno last week. I think that being the unknown of the bunch gave her a clear license to be the most outrageous and offensive. That's what roasting it's supposed to be about.

I thought his clear nervousness played into the "i'm just going to say nice things about them" theme and some of jokes were solid. Which kind of took some effectiveness from Andy Samberg's Norm McDonald-esque routine later on.

UPDATE! FXX is now in my package. I had checked the channel before and it appeared as "out of package" and DirecTV service twitter said I needed a different (more expensive) tier but they were WRONG.

Do you think he's already photoshopped his body into that punching arm and posted it to all his social media accounts?

It's official. FXX is not in my cable package. Damn you, FX!

What kind of person hates a show like this? It's so harmless! I personally found it so enjoyable I looked forward to tuning in and was kind of pissed it was cut due to preseason football last Thursday.

Of all the fake-outs this show does, the one they did with Natasha was probably the cruelest. Sure, the editing may have stretched it a bit longer than it actually took but geez! All that time I was repeating "no, no, no…" like a broken record.

I don't think Tommy is going to get inappropriate with Connor but I certainly think it will lead to some misunderstanding, probably with Mickey, that will end violently for Tommy. Then Ray will have to cover it up. That will play into a scenario like @avclub-4369a7506a50bd14d4540f91219319a7:disqus suggested.

I've accepted that long ago and my life keeps marching on in the same mediocre fashion. You just have to deal with the occasional "what's the point?!" bit of internal drama then remind yourself there's no potential.

I bet they were frozen. He was just heating them in the stove. Dexter is not that dedicated of a father.

I just went to the show index page to check and the answer is no. That episode got a D+. In fact, this show has never received an F. We finally learned the purpose of this season!

That scene did not make any sense.

I'm on the edge of my seat wondering if they'll be able to outshine The Following with more than one F.

Those 5 seconds before Harrison answered "my mom" was the most suspenseful this show has been this season.
