It was very smart of him to kiss Walmart's ass. He knew he'd get more screen time. That and his comment about Bime and the cockroach is like he's learned how to play the game.

He was tasting Krissi's potatoes. I laughed! A producer handed him a napkin in between cuts to Krissi, which gave me a frown.
Jessie's dish combination was just poor. It reminded me of that time Krissi made breaded catfish with mashed potatoes. Gordon rightly said "it looks like a tv dinner". she should have known better.
RIP Gina. My least favorite type of filler character: the unbearably stupid one who continues to do idiotic things at every single turn in favor of advancing the plot. Ugh.
The function of a manic pixie dream girl is to magically improve the life of the male protagonist by simply appearing in front of him.
Saul was delivering money before Jesse decided to reconnect with them. Some time after Walt visited Jesse and they were playing video games, which was his first encounter with Andrea and Brock.
Walt poisoning Brock is one of those too neat plot twists, like when the bad guy's plan is so overly complicated and depends on the previous piece falling in just the right place.
I thought Gus was entertaining his whole Mexico/Salud plan at that point. He wanted to know if Jesse would be able to rise to the occasion of defending Mike and Gus later on, even though they've never been too keen on him and tried to kill him off at one point.
There are recaps of the recaps and recaps of user comments everywhere. It's like a vortex of nauseating self-importance.
At this point, I think they're more preoccupied with tying in the spin-off series than actually ending this one. I wonder who the series will be about? Zach? Elway. P.I.? Masuka & Daughter? Joey & Jaime?
I think the Showtime model goes something like this:
1. Hire a good actor for the lead
2. Have a solid first season (or two) to hook them
3. Viewers will inevitably feel like they have to stick through all the crap that follows because they like the actor and the beginning of the series. "I know it can be better.…
Seriously, everything about the Hannah storyline was so awful. I felt like I watching a daytime soap.
C'mon, give them some credit. It'd be called "Slicing Dexter".
I seriously hope next episode deals with giving Jesse a shock to his system. It really bums the heck out of me when he's such a state. I want to see him empowered against Walt.
I feel like we missed something here. Back when Bime was in the competition, the only one who seemed to dislike him was Krissi. Now everyone (except the lovable Luca!) hates, more like loathes, Bime?
Tonight, Magic City gets renewed by the Network In Heaven. That's how I like to think of this. There it will join Happy Endings for a blockbuster night that will have promo spots themed after the Cocktail movie.
When it comes to Comedy Central, you're better off scheduling a minute before the show starts as well. I have missed several openings of Futurama, Daily Show and Colbert. Geez.
@papertiger41:disqus @Nudeviking:disqus Too bad for them that R. Kelly's I Believe I Can Fly is a soundtrack for a rival studio movie. Sigh.
For legal reasons it will be called "Disney's Planes, Trains, and Automobiles".
As someone who lives in NYC, I'd love to watch tapings of those shows but they're in the afternoon so my own availability is limited. I've never received a confirmation email when I request tickets. I only have so many free days, you know!
