It wasn't a claim, bro. The 360 live service was fucking bar none in regards to consistency. Live on X1 has had more problems since its launch than 360 did its ENTIRE life cycle. You can thank free game programs(GWG and PSPlus) being packed into the subs causing consistency and reliability to take a hit.
