That’s strange about the fuel efficiency because we noticed a huge drop in fuel efficiency when we switched our Honda Odyssey for a Kia Sedona. Wife is barely averaging 20 mpg in the Kia but was was well over 25 in the Odyssey.  

In the section on Uber you use reckless and negligent incorrectly.  If anything they should be switched.  Negligence is when a reasonable person should have known of any risks and recklessness is when they knew of the risks and disregarded them.  So, recklessness is worse than negligence because they knew of the risk.

Most definitely an unpopular opinion, but if you reside in Texas for seven years and you want to practice in the Texas courts, you need to be licensed in Texas.
