Something that doesn't stand out like a Camry or Accord that is several years old.

Really. The G37 was a close second for me, but the IS was just more fun and put a bigger grin on my face when the throttle did eventually respond. But really, the deciding factor was the ventilated seats. They come in real handy during the summer in Texas.

I like my Lexus IS350. The steering is a little numb but it's pretty quick and its fun to drive. Chose it over the Infiniti G37 and BMW 328i. (Used 335i's were out of my price range.) I really wanted an E39 M5, but got overruled by the wife. Sometimes I miss shifting in my old S2000, but overall the auto is okay

You can still be drunk and give consent. In Texas, if someone gets you drunk against your will, then you can't give consent, for example when someone roofies you. I don't see any evidence of that in the report, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

The law is technical and if there's no evidence that she denied her consent and she won't even tell the police she denied consent then what proof is there? I'm sorry about what happened to you. Where's the part where the victim says she didn't consent?

If anyone that had their money accepted and their contract cancelled is looking for representation, my firm, whose main office is in Austin, would be happy to make COTA regret their actions. We handle suits like this all the time. Also, because this would most likely be a claim for breach of contract, CoTA would

It looks good, but I would never pay 40k for a Ford, with one exception: the Ford GT.

I was really looking forward to the VW BlueSport Roadster.

This Christmas what I'm really jonesing for is a Lemans blue BMW E39 M5.

I don't see a difference.

AMG-McClaren SLR

Actually, Germany. Apparently, she has done this more than once.

Here's another one.
