And then, of course, there's Russ.
And then, of course, there's Russ.
"That is quite a situation."
Ross's inner monologue there is one of the best things he ever did on the show.
I'll always love his extremely placid, doped up reading of, "On account of my rage."
No, I think you weren't meant to dislike Carol; Susan is a different story.
Well, that's the joke, isn't it? A rational person being defeated by illogic is far more funny than the other way around.
I'm more distracted by the fact that everyone else is fully clothed and on top of the sheets, while Rachel is seemingly naked and under the sheets. What sort of relationship between the six of them were they hinting at here?
I heard Monica and Joey were actually the original planned romance.
Really? I thought Season 5's long stretch of Chandler and Monica hooking up but trying to keep it secret from everyone else was the show's absolute comedic height.
I think they're probably only talking about the domestic market.
If Donny had said, "I'm not feeling so great. Call an ambulance." the only response would have been, "SHUT THE FUCK UP, DONNY!" and the end result would be the same.
Though it's worth noting that Stand By Me, The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, and The Mist were all based on novellas rather than full length novels.
Short of giving Clint Eastwood a dunk in the Fountain of Youth, no one was going to look just right for the part.
I mentioned this upthread, but Luc Besson seems like he'd be the perfect fit. The Dark Tower is both an incredibly pulpy action-adventure story AND an incredibly weird and violent philosophical mindfuck, which seems right up Besson's alley.
I was thinking more Luc Besson. While I'm not as into his work as some people, he's nailed the over-the-top action movie meets philosophical mindfuck style that would've been PERFECT for The Dark Tower.
Except Iron Man 2 was the first MCU movie I saw, and I really liked it.
This is a very region-specific thing, though. If you live in a hilly area, good look getting more than a couple of very static-y channels.
The core premise here actually sounds like it could be really good. Shame about the execution of the concept.
So, basically, she's the Daffy Duck to Angelina Jolie's Bugs Bunny?
I want a reveal that Earth-1's ARGUS and Earth-38's DEO have been in interdimensional contact with each other for a while now, coordinating operations that deal with dimension-hopping threats, which our heroes didn't have the security clearance to know about till now.
