I mean … that still sounds a little bit special …

Diana of Themyscira? Hashtag Wonder Woman Crush Wednesday!

It's sad that 170 years after guys like Victor Hugo and Charles Dickens so eloquently laid out why poverty wasn't a moral failing, we still haven't truly accepted that as truth.

Mostly, I'm getting a kick out of how Trump is suggesting a Democratic president would have done a better job than perhaps the only Republican revered more than Reagan.

I'm pretty sure he's found a better solution, and that's to blame whoever is reporting on him for being fake failing dishonest liars.

Like "Game of Thrones", it's another instance of television producers mistaking what made the sex relevant to the story in the first place.

To say nothing of the widow's character.

Everyone says that show was heavy on profanity, but considering Swearingen's proclivities, calling most people "cocksuckers" was just an objectively accurate assessment from his point of view.

Aw great! Thanks a lot to your mom for ruining texting for everyone.

Fartbarf puts on a hell of a show, even at their age.

I imagine most actual politicians, even the Republicans, can't stand him. But yes, they'll absolutely back him as long as they think it will advance their own/their party's agendas, just as long as they don't think tying themselves to him will sink those same prospects.

I feel like historians usually observe that "controversial" leaders are usually pretty bad at leading, what with all of the controversy stymieing their agendas.

Upvoted for "friendo."

Psh, what a ridiculous question.

Considering that the entirety of reality is live-streaming directing into 10 billion brains simultaneously, the fact that there's only occasional lag is pretty impressive.

For people new to Gaiman, I'd suggest they start with something like "Stardust" or "Neverwhere" to see if they actually enjoy his writing - they're easier, shorter and more adventurous than the epic "American Gods," but still have his particular version of whimsy and mythical world-making.

It is nowhere near as good as the book, but it's also not nearly as bad as the trailer made it look. All of those 11th hour reshoots really managed to salvage it into a halfway-decent zombie movie. There are really dumb parts, but also some surprisingly good parts.

A documentary-style mini-series would have been pretty awesome.

It's always hard when you find all of those old photos of your ex. It makes you wonder if things could have worked out differently.

I prefer "Dawn Treader," but "Silver Chair" is under-rated.
