It's actually kind of awesome to go back through your old Minecraft builds with new shaders and textures. Ray tracing is just another extension of that. (This assumes you've ever played and enjoyed the game at all)

Nobody can because they are not necessary. But of course, neither is a smartphone or any one of hundreds of modern gadgets.

I heard that.

Great, now I have to go dig that stupid black jersey out of my closet.

I’ve made it most of the season without checking the standings or watching game highlights (of which I just would assume there were none). Now you’ve got me looking through highlights of the streak. Soon I’ll be up tuning into some games and will get invested just enough for it to hurt when they lose their last 15 in

If I went back in time and told little 10 year old me that Punch-Out could be beaten in 15 minutes (or blindfolded!) I would have believed the time travel bit and called bullshit on the Punch-Out records.

Armada was a very good Dreamcast exclusive. It’s also one of the few DC games that’s near impossible to run on an emulator which is a huge bummer.

This is absolutely a product for the end of the bell-curve. The weight of a mouse really doesn’t make a difference (beyond personal preference) until you’re at the highest levels of competition. Buying an expensive putter won’t make me play like Tiger Woods.

Calling something “milquetoast bullshit” is not the same as calling something “offensive”.

Was his hair greater with or without frosted tips?

This is the best Deadspin renaming since “All Takes Matter”.

I’m surprised LaunchBox isn’t more popular. It’s been the best solution I’ve used to unite my emulators, dos games, and steam games.

Amon does have the best ending.

It’s a high price, but Dark Wizard is worth it.

The “Garfield and Friends” theme song gets stuck in my head at least once a month.

The native Modo renderer is the main reason to use it (the modeling workflow is excellent too but I don’t do much of that). I’m mostly doing large stills and simple animations, which it’s great for. If I were taking on a more complex animation project, I’d probably look elsewhere.

Immediately I wanted to make my boss buy me this cpu for rendering. Then I remembered how poorly Modo handles any more than 32 threads  :(

fucking magnets.

So this is an expensive, fancy version of a Space Bucket?

As a child I had Terminator and Rambo action figures. They fought with my ninja turtles.
