In the Google Play store there are apps to download called launchers that basically replace your home screen functionality. Google Now Launcher will make your device operate like stock android without any real additional setup which is cool. I use Nova Launcher which requires a bit of set up (it's not complicated) but

Know Your Enemy is truly one of the greatest songs ever written.

You can go this route, and it's not entirely a user friendly process, but you can also just install a launcher that makes everything look and act like stock Android. You won't be able to get rid of some of the bloatware, but you will certainly never have to deal with Touchwiz.
