It's really a shame that Comcast is still doing this. This is the reason I invested in a Chromecast a year ago. From their website: "Comcast Supports Net Neutrality" ...sometimes.

Customer service is great, too. After a year of having mine, family member blew out both satellite speakers and Klipsch replaced them at absolutely no cost to me, with proof of purchase. Amazing quality speakers.
