Oh my god, Kanye...
Oh my god, Kanye...
Frank Ocean deliberately didn’t submit his work. Why does Kanye always have to make it about Kanye?
Not in the least but I have literally only heard one Kanye song and have zero intention of that altering.
Definitely not Lady Gaga. Kanye is unequaled in other genders and species for sheer ego and arrogance. He makes Shatner look like a rank amateur.
Lady Gaga plays a lot of instruments and has a strong, trained voice that won’t quit, that soars at six a.m. on no sleep. I’ve not known Gaga to grab the mike, or threaten to pout or boycott over pet artists. Kanye, I decided, is a lunatic.
Am I alone in under no circumstances wanting to be underneath Kanye’s flying platform?
I thought of Madonna as well but am not very familiar with her music and career. Gaga maybe because she wants to suffer for her art but I cant think of another woman artist who babbles incoherently like Kanye
I thought the effectiveness of a threat relied on people wanting to avoid that particular outcome.
“if his album is not nominated in no categories, I’m not showing up to the Grammys”
I don’t get guys who know their roomate has violently raped someone (and heard rumours it’s multiple women) and thinks “well what about his future?”
“What he did, obviously from what you explained, is terrible,” the fraternity member told her, “but I do want you to think about what the consequences [are] with him and his future. …”
I call my son “Fish” because of Abe Vigoda.
I agree, I’ve come across a few sightings and left them alone as well.
I’m reminded of a story I once heard from a Canadian singer songwriter named Emm Gryner. She toured with Bowie as a backup singer during the late 90s/early 2000s. One evening she found herself at some fairly happening party attended by a bunch of famous musicians. She was really psyched to meet Joe Elliott, lead…
A friend of mine delivered a breast pump for Kate Hudson to Goldie Hawn’s house in Colorado. Goldie herself answered the door and my friend had the exact same thing to say about her that you’re saying about Meryl. Totally down to Earth, friendly and polite.
Even when I lived in Phoenix, we got random sightings. I ran into Alice Cooper in the mall one day back in the 80s. He was with his wife and son and my husband and I just smiled and kept walking. Guy was obviously taking a personal day.
Im friends with someone in the spotlight (wont name), and think the reason we became and have stayed friends is because I didn’t, and don’t, get starstruck by them. We met at a party, and I knew who they were, but made a point of not going there and just making conversation about things we had in common, and it…
That IS really cool. Thank you for sharing!
She doesn’t really look like she does on camera, although she is radiant in every way. And *tiny*! She was in mom-mode (she has 4 kids), so it was really cool to see her as a “normal” person. She is amazing.
I’ve met Meryl Streep. She was so nice and welcoming (I was at her house), that I forgot who she was! There was no “I’m a huge star, bow down bitches.” vibe about her. Just a “Hey, you know my kid, so you must be an okay person! C’mon in. Snacks are in the kitchen.” thing. She actually said the last part.
