After seeing the poll of how many people can careless, makes me feel like I'll have a better chance to nab these. $199 was the dealbreaker for me. That price is just insane. A NDS cost $130, and all it can really do is play games, but for 70$ you can get an iPhone (w/ contract) and get internet pretty much anywhere,

I user AVG, have been for years. I've also used AntiVir, which I liked very much, but the updates were in fact slow as some people who have used it stated. Avast, I've given a try, but I can't stand a flashy interface, just tell me what I have to click to scan, and I'm set. Also AVGs new link scanner is pretty cool in

This doesn't seem right. I beieve Yu Suzuki wouldn't want it on the Wii, as it is the least powerful console in terms of graphics. He always wanted the more powerful console to host his game (he had to make Shenmue for Dreamcast before when Sega still had ropes on their 1st parties), that's why he chose Xbox on the

Just wondering, once you get all these working on XP, what's the ram usage? I've done a "little" (sidebar and Vista like visual theme) Vista transformation on my XP Desktop, haven't really monitored the ram though. That integrated search looks rather enticing for XP. The only problem I have with installing more apps

- Hand writing recognition from what I heard (came with my first tablet)

Problem with Vista visual styles right now is they're like all the same >.< You'll find like 1 out of 40 that isn't some "totally transparent glass" theme with a different colored start orb. It is rather annoying. I'm still waiting for more artistic visual styles to rise such as the one pictured above.

Going into the settings made Vista loose Aero and go into Basic. >.> I'll give it a try though, taking about an hour to compress a DVD, which isn't bad imo. Least this is something that's pretty straight forward in what to do, put disc in and hit rip. Wish they had more info on the track though, such as aspect ratio

Can't you achieve this via "Right Click >Sort By>etc etc." The unify option does look useful.

I don't notice anything huge about SP1. I got done installing it a couple hours ago, nothing great performance wise, and from a casual user's point of view, it's just as good as using XP, just a few more perks. Maybe things are working faster, I don't know. Biggest thing that bugged me with Vista right away was

Yeah, been getting around 5-7 hours lately because of tests. Sometimes 3-4 hours a night for a couple nights....
