I was watching a tracker that counted (among other things) number of interruptions. Pence 16, Harris 11. Except 9 of Harris’s 11 interruptions were her saying "I'm speaking" when Pence tried to talk over her, and I really don't think those should count as interruptions.

*Doesn’t apply to women.

What is this? A plexiglass wall for ants?

When you’re 50ish (Clinton’s age in 1996) and your opponent is 73, you play the age card. When you’re 74 (Trump’s age) and your opponent is 77, the age card doesn’t work so much. Which is what’s made it so laughable.

Well, I suppose there’s historical precedent for his idea. That would be the Soviet Union, which didn’t work all that well or efficiently, nor was it particularly good at dealing with inequality.

Systemic change doesn’t happen before personal change. People aren’t going to work toward societal change that they aren’t already personally invested in.

If he dies, his acolytes will claim he did it on purpose, so he can lead an underground army.

The Fantastic Rep Gaetz actually suggested that since Trump got it in the White House, “the safest place in the world”, everybody is going to get it, so we should all go back to our jobs and schools and vote Republican.

Aside from everything else, do you think he can feel the hellish withdrawal from his usual crazy doses of speed? Here’s hoping!

Anyone with any kind of mood disorder or underlying mental health issue is potentially at risk for a psychotic episode from prednisone. (family member was completely off the drywall after the third dose) And this drug is 5x more powerful? Ho-ly!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump is back in the hospital by Thursday after they start reducing the dosage — assuming he really has it and didn’t just use everyone else around him getting it to distract from the terrible debate and The NY Times tax story

We can only hope. Best plan all around is for him to linger until the election is over, then be so incapacitated that he can’t speak or move around. I always have a picture of Joe Kennedy in mind when I think of Trump languishing in a wheelchair.

The Old Testament backs up the “enormous fucking dickhead” theory.

Trump’s artificial stamina will be flattening as he withdraws from the dexamethasone steroid (6 times as powerful as prednisone) that propelled him into his joyride. Either that or he’ll stay pumped up on a very dangerous drug and get crazier by the minute.

Barron is good at the cyber but I don’t think its him.  What the fuck does ‘don’t be afraid of the covid’ actually mean?

I don’t know where to post this, and I just have to vent. I ran into one of my Trump-loving neighbors, and she admires the President for leaving the hospital too early, because “he cares so much about the country.”

Is there a more pointless job than being an art teacher at a fundamentalist christian school?
