It’s a MINI Cooper S with a BMW body.

Mitsubishi Mirage is cheaper than the mentioned Chevrolet.  I have seen the offered for $9999.00

LOL!  Those BOOTS!  :)

Maybe those who know him best are donating...in hopes he will die when he achieves those 1400WPH.

Don’t care, want one!

My God Mother is a neighbor of his, she says he is ridiculously funny and a hoot to be around...and his kids are genuine.  Kind of scary!  :)

I bought the sedan version of this in 2015 for $5800.00 with about 120,000 miles on it.  The car was an Arizona car, so no rust...in fact, it was so clean, the shop who replaced the alternator asked me how on earth it could have that many miles on it...I still have it, still runs, so that 3.2 V6 is bullet proof.  CP

SAME!!  I get tired of feeling like I have been wrapped in plastic wrap when I get in a small car like this!

They are like Lays Potato chips...I need MOAR!!! :) This is my 2016 F55, it only has 15,000 miles on it, but it hasn’t had any issues...it has the 2.0 Twin Scroll turbo BMW engine though, not some Peugeot N14. I don’t think it will have any issues outside of the normal BMW 2 series would have.

I knew I recognized your name!  :)

You need a MINI Cooper or Paceman/Countryman, etc. They are awesome fun to drive (as long as you get a manual “S” model)!

These things EAT timing belts!  Prepare for replacement every 35-40 thousand miles!  I never tried one of the newer Kevlar belts, but it would be a good test case IMHO!

Meh...my wife drove a 2014 Altima...her CVT had to be replaced twice before hitting 50,000 miles...and a third time at 64,000. I am sure not all of them are quite so failure prone, but we had 3 that were.

I have been working on cars since I was 10, and I am over 50 now. There are still a few things I don’t like/can’t do, one is any kind of body work with the exception of sanding and the other is hydraulics, as in, brake master cylinders, brake lines, etc. to include convertible tops.  Otherwise, I can and have done

I have an 87 GT (plus 2 other vehicles) and live in a Condo. There is no reason to not have one!

*Would have*

2014 Altima SL, 3rd transmission, 63,000 miles.

John DeLorean just turned over in his grave! This was HIS Design, DAMMIT!!

I don’t know you, but I bet we would be fast friends! I am not a Smart guy, pun intended, but anyone who knows what they like and doesn’t care who knows it, is dandy in my book!  :)

What the fuck does Congress know about vetting code?  That would make me go buy a tank!
