You need a TDC whistle.  Google it!  :)

This isn’t about quantity, it is about what they make.

Anyone who uses tax payments as a “savings account” are dumber than a bag of dicks.

It could be as bad as the Fiero temp gauge...wired backward, so the needle spins like a top when you energize the ignition, causing the temp gauge needle to hang at the top of the gauge and not work...which with a Fiero, is kind of a bad thing! :)

Sarbanes Oxley...yes they can.

I see you are a Fiero owner.  :)

All of the pointy chrome nubs make me want to vomit.

Have a star from a retired gator sailor!

I can’t say it’s a dream car, but I have 680,000+ miles on a 2003 Mercedes E320.  The standard 3.2 Liter V6.  I haven’t had to touch the motor, no leaks or issues.  Have had to replace motor/transmission mounts and exhaust hangers.

Road hazard, Mount & Balance add up doncha know? This is the same place as “Discount” Tires, which means you go in to get tires, you come out feeling like you bought a whole new car.

I actually replaced my 2006 4.0 4x4 Ranger with a Nissan Frontier 4.0 when it was involved in a HUOOOGE accident.  I love my Frontier!  It has the 4.0 in it as well and has plenty of power.  I pull a pontoon boat with it and get about 13-14 MPG.

GAAAAAH!!!  Now I have to find one of these!  Actually, I kind of like the older 70's models, but either one would make me smile like a crazy man!

Dallas is full of insane rednecks, both male and female...and it’s a toss up which is more fierce!

LOL CP!

WTF is that thing?!?

GAAAAAH! I lived at the old Stead Air Force base when my wife was going to medical school...those races used to kill me! I was trying to sleep due to working night shift...I will always hate the sound they make!

I would drive the SH*T out of that Honda!!

BAAAAHAHAHA!!  Oil Resort FTW!!

My mom drives a 2002 Montero Sport.  That damn thing won’t die!  It is the V6 with automatic.  It had a check engine light for a couple of years, turned out to be a bad intake gasket.  Fixed it in about 3 hours...still going!  298,000 miles.  Still runs strong and doesn’t burn an ounce of oil.  Crazy damn thing!

I am a huge history buff, this makes me all goose-bumpy!  Thanks for a great article David!
