Learn to read. I didn’t say leaks weren’t a problem. I said they weren’t unique. To claim this investigation is tainted because of the same types of leaks that occur in almost every high profile case is ignirant as fuck.

(CBS) –“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, upset after a racist letter sent to the show’s studio didn’t get a “bigger reaction,” is suspected of paying two men to attack him a week later, according to multiple sources with direct knowledge of the investigation.

The leaks from unnamed sources is probably the LEAST unique thing about this investigation.

How so? Thus far, it seems as though they have have been pretty efficient following what incredibly few leads they had. Having been able to track down those brothers from the poor quality vid caps they were able to obtain was quite miraculous. Now we don’t know exactly what the brothers told officers, but if the

How blind, ignorant and naive does one have to be in order to believe that the hole Smollett finds himself in is merely the result of police corruption? If corruption is at the root of this story, Smollett owns it.

If you consider a one trick pony to be a righteous adherent to objective fact, then yes I am. It is far better than being a mindless drone that follows the herd without question.  Get back in line and march to the piper, rat.

Obviously you haven’t read a single one of my posts, you ignorant shit. You’re an example of the hazards of substandard education. Fuck off now.

Based on the latest news, your quote should read, “It didn’t happen here.”

Feel free to read my other posts on the subject.   And if trauma has anything to do with it, perhaps that’s the reason why Smollett forgot to tell CPD that he paid his 2 friends to help stage this attack.

Well, scratch that theory. Abel and Ola Osundairo were released by CPD and federal investigators last night.

/was waiting for legs to slide down and get pinned between bumpers.

There are many racists in many areas.  Is there a point to your statement beyond being a simple throw-away one-liner?

I was just reading the latest on goings on this case (https://www.apnews.com/3fa6965cdc104028a4c8879ca49689a6), and it occurred to me that it is, perhaps, possible that Smollett was beaten as he claims, but the attackers did it way to make it appear to be a hate crime so as to conceal the actual motive.

Your inability to comprehend = Not my problem.

Your failure to comprehend = Not my problem.

I assume you meant this reply for someone who said there was no racism in Chicago.  That wasn’t me.  Move along.

And I no less so.  The issue of race is toxic enough without having to stage crimes to prove the point and paint as racist those who first wish to learn the facts before blindly accepting the narrative.

No, the simple act or doubting or being skeptical is not racist. And it’s racist to paint with broad brushes someone who does doubt or express skepticism as racist without first understanding their motives or reasons behind their doubt.  It’s that very rush to judgment that leads to stories like these.

I haven’t hurled any slurs at him for either being black or gay. I don’t speak for everyone nor perhaps even a majority. I called BS on his story early on because I know that neighborhood probably better than Smollett does, and I know that in Chicago (a city of 2 political parties: Democrats and those who lose to
