as i understood it the plunderphonic element was essential to vaporwave
i did not talk to any real people in coming to this understanding

i was having opinions about wes anderson before it was controversial

When it comes down to it, I'd say I liked them all. But it's been a few years and I don't have the clearest recollection of what happened in The Holy Land. I remember an old woman popping up somewhere and reminding me of the woman from The Sybil, but I wasn't sure if it was supposed to actually be that woman herself

I read that stretch of biblical books in order of publication: 1 Barrabas, 2 The Sybil, 3 The Death of Ahasuerus, 4 Pilgrim at Sea, 5 The Holy Land, 6 Herod and Mariamne. Reading them that way, I liked them all, but the first two are probably the strongest on their own. I have no idea if Lagerkvist explicitly meant

something is a good band or album name = killer 00s joke

i spent the weekend scoping out ostensibly famous babes

did you read any of the other lagerkvist novels or was that your first

the only thing better than a long weekend is a short week
