I'd actually be open to a non-kojima MGS if it looked like they were trying (I'd like to see a game set after MGS4 using V's mechanics but in a much tighter setting), but Survive looks like absolute garbage. I'll almost definitely pass.

Those 3-armed things were in 4, weren't they?

That line Ford has about knowing how careful Arnold was, and saying that he died IN the park, he either got too close to achieving his aim and it backfired or there is something more to the fact that he alienated himself and believed he saw something in the hosts that wasn't there, did a host kill him or was it

I stopped watching the clip this morning for precisely this reason

Suicide, or sabotage possibly?

Synthetic 3d printed bone and tissue? I do think the "milk" is very much a skin layer as in the GiTS clip. They have a similar process for drying the skin (the big flashing lamps in Westworld)

I don't think it's milk. I mean, I don't think we're supposed to think it's milk.
I think it's a nod to this myself https://youtu.be/-u77XdL8_B…

Exactly. I get what Jordan Orlando is saying, but I think if that is what the writers have planned then they are going about its execution entirely wrong.

It's possible, but I don't think so. Misdirecting us, as they did with Teddy, making us believe he is a guest is one thing, but I think it could constitute flat-out lying to us if it turned out the MiB is a host.
Maybe he's been programmed to think he's real, but between his comment about paying for it to be

Totally agree on the first point. It's pretty much the reason the dude guzzling milk in the saloon (Walter?) didn't die in the pilot.

A few comments here are of the opinion that Wyatt's followers didn't die when Teddy shot them because they are guests on a black hat quest.

I don't think Teddy is dead. I think they captured him. I think Wyatt's followers are hosts, there was a line earlier about how they don't fee pain, they think they are already dead.

"valorizing entrepreneurial spirt"…

Irish sports commentary legend. check out actual quotes from games here https://en.wikiquote.org/wi…. My personal favourite being
"Teddy McCarthy to Mick McCarthy, no relation, Mick McCarthy back to Teddy McCarthy, still no relation!"

Dull film. Once it's done with the character vignette trailer material, it devolves into poorly strung together moments borrowed from better films with no characters - instead relying heavily on a voice cast just playing themselves

Maybe she just killed them, cut off their thumbs and put those in the pie but wants Frey to believe otherwise?

Supposedly Martin's test to Benioff and Weiss before agreeing to let them adapt the books was asking them who Jon Snow's mother was, so I think he confirmed it to them way back.

absolutely hated the camera of the previous games, I felt it was far too removed from the action

Not the guy from the last episode, but Reggie Ledoux's partner. The one that told Rust that his soul was corrosive or something. Not that it makes it any better. Still unsettling.
