No, I’m not. I also owned photoshop well before I owned a DSLR that I used for graphic design. This is aimed at DSLR noobs, and not at people like you and me who use photoshop for a living. A $50 prime lens is a much better investment than subscription for Photoshop to someone just getting into photography.

Shooting macro by flipping the lens is legit. They make cheap adapters to do this so you don’t have to hold the lens and get light leaks in all your shots.

Because someone who is too cheap to buy an inexpensive 50mm f/1.8 lens will definitely have a copy of photoshop... This is silly.

Maybe they need to rethink their rating system if only a handful could get a 1 snowflake out of 3.

Well done! I will be attempting a similar version I found on chefsteps that cooks the dark meat first at a higher temp then adds in the white meat at a lower temp. Total sous vide time is 24 hours and then it’s finished on a smoker/grill. Wish me luck!
