Paella would be a really good thing to try sous vide, because it can be time consuming. The only downside is that the rice really needs to brown in the pan, so it just might not be the same...
I’m going to resubmit my idea of a traditional Crawfish boil.
Crawfish, potatoes, and corn bathed in delicious spices.
You have to take the bag out every ten minutes and squish it around. They’re really good.
I’ve made them using the below recipe. 167F for 30mins, and they turn out really good... I now have three favorite ways to cook scrambled eggs. Alton Brown’s quick scramble using a searing hot pan. Gordon Ramsay’s slow cooked scrambled eggs, and these sous-vide eggs may be my favorite.
I have both options but I choose to stick with bluetooth. Subaru’s infotainment system is incredibly slow and unintuitive. I think if I were to use it regularly, then I would die in a fiery car crash from the immense distraction of clicking and waiting over and over.

Also, many tripods have a removable center column, that you can install upside down. This allows you to photograph from low angles and flat surfaces parallel to the ground. Most people don’t realize their tripod can do this.
The price doesn’t include the second ball head mount to attach the camera. For the money Id rather get one of these:

I’ve not seen anyone sous vide crawfish. Would be neat to try out a traditional crawfish boil recipe with potatoes, corn and spices.
My xB was bad too. If you only open one of the front windows, then also open a back window on the opposite side. It will allow the pressure to equalize and no buffeting will occur.
Test it and report back here with your results. We'll be waiting...

I don’t see the need to put down creamy, slow-cooked, sunny side up eggs. They’re both delicious.
