I’ve not seen anyone sous vide crawfish. Would be neat to try out a traditional crawfish boil recipe with potatoes, corn and spices.

My xB was bad too. If you only open one of the front windows, then also open a back window on the opposite side. It will allow the pressure to equalize and no buffeting will occur.

I don’t see the need to put down creamy, slow-cooked, sunny side up eggs. They’re both delicious.

Not sure if this is a hack or not, but I have a gas grill and when I want to add smoke flavor, I turn one of the “V” shaped burner grease guards upside down, and fill it with wood chips. Works pretty great.
