I use waze daily to get to places I already know where they are as quickly as possible.

A quick scrub with a washcloth after a shower works well for me.

Unsolicited mail, including pre-approved credit card applications. Pretty much any marketing trying to sell you something, or send you coupons.

It might be much easier on the wallet for first time home buyers to spend the money and get monthly or bi-weekly lawn service.

The seller covered closing costs when we bought out home.

Sounds great. Going to try this soon!

It was a joke.

I always pay a little at the end of the year, so if they want to take care of that for me then go for it.

Was wondering the same. If you pour in molds that are face down (not pour in place). The finish can come out really smooth with no sanding needed. I bet you wouldn’t save a whole lot of time going this route. Especially if you end up having to fix tiny chips in the skim coat within a few months. I wonder if it's even

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if the concrete sealer will help keep moisture from getting to the wood core and help it last longer.

Did you seal the concrete or just leave it unfinished?

Yeah. Large eggs, not jumbos. Quail eggs might only take half the time ;)

I use my bamboo steamer, and it works perfect. So much easier to peel than anything else I’ve tried. Easiest way to make a batch for deviled eggs. 12 minutes for fully cooked yolks is spot on.

Funny thing when we moved into our house, our energy bill dropped big time. Some Apartments are just not built very well...

Pressure cookers increase atmospheric pressure allowing the temperature of the boiling water to go up to 250 degrees. I wouldn’t recommend to cook eggs this way. The outside cooks TOO fast, and the yolk is easy to over cook.

That’s about the exact timing I get too. 12 mins to cook the yolk all the way through, but it is still silky smooth in texture. Easiest way to make deviled eggs ever.

In Texas it’s very common to get an engineer report for the foundation. Can be up to $500. Our lender required it, and the seller had to make repairs before we were able to purchase it with an FHA loan.

Best method by far is to not boil the egg. Steam the eggs instead. The steam reaches a higher temp than boiling water can. This helps separate the eggshell film from the egg.

My wife qualified for IBR after getting her Master’s. It helped keep ths payments manageable until she was able to find a full time position. Now we are working to pay them off as quickly as possible.
