Some of us are ok with that. My wife is not one of those people though...
The same applies for cutting paper with an exacto blade.
I've heard of letting it dry out, and then putting it in the freezer for 24hrs to kill all the bacteria. That should reduce the odor quite a bit.
I've heard of people putting items like knee pads, protective gear, hockey equipment, etc. in the freezer after it is dried out, because washing does not cut it. It kills off all the bacteria in 24 hours. May want to give that a try, and see if it helps.
The small color balance strobing effect in the background is kind of distracting. I think it is caused by using fluorescent lights.
He was probably just texting his mom an early best wishes for Mother's Day.
Bill Hader is in the back on the right.
That's Will Forte. Better known for his role as MACGRUBER!
Not annoyed, but rather amused. You're more than welcome to be the blissful idiot you aspire to be by using the flash on your cellphone for no reason whatsoever. What's your obsession with using it anyways? Is it just to alert the surrounding people that you have no idea what you're doing? Is it just to prove to…
It's not an exaggeration. A handheld photo in an arena at night with or without a flash will be pretty terrible. Using flash just makes them, like the guy referenced in the article, look like an idiot. Argue all you want with someone else, I'm done.
I'm pretty sure everyone cares about quality to an extent. Nobody wants photos of black emptiness, or a blurry mess for a keepsake. If they knew how to take the photo properly they would. Everyone wants a memento sure, but people also want photos they can show people to share the moment. After many years you start to…
I always thought it was funny how at big sporting events like the Olympics there are a million flashes going off in the stands at night events, and I think about how all of those photos will look like crap.
Fire your photographer.
Especially in the low range.
I have a set of unsealed Sony cans I wear in the office, just so I can hear people talk to me without taking them off. They're cheap, but are great for just that. I have a better set of sealed cans I use at home that cancel out much of the ambient noise. I could see these coming in handy around the office for the same…
There is a difference between expensive in-ear monitors, and cheap earbuds with rubber tips.
I WASN'T ACCENTUATING ANY PUNCTUATION, AND THE CONVERSATION HAD NO EMOTION TIED TO IT. IT WAS JUST LIKE THIS COMMENT. I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF I WAS WRITING THINGS LIKE, YOU SUCK, YOU'RE SO DUMB!!!
corrected, thanks.
Back when AOL instant messenger was all the rage. I was typing to someone in all caps out of laziness (we need to use all caps often at work in our system), and they actually thought I was angry at them. Like I was yelling... I was the dumbest thing I had ever heard of.
