Hsu Hao. He was introduced in MK5. Out of all teh new characters introduced in that game, his design is probably the least memorable, and that's being nice about it.

See, that's what kills me, it's like those femen protest from some months ago. It's like people know nothing about islamic women or their culture (and in the case of femen they show they have no respect for it), but somehow they know that a woman who wears a burqua is oppressed and it's their job to save her.
