You said it man. Another commenter said something along the same sentiments. Some of your countrymen just voted in a socialist (their term for the party, not mine) who's vowed to jack up taxes on EVERYTHING in order to get their debt down. From a Bloomberg article on Francois Hollande's (President) tax proposals:

Haha, true about Google. I read a stat that they have somewhere north of 95% of the search market covered there. Here it's probably something like 80-85%.

Well, yeah. They just voted in a socialist (their term for the party, not mine) who's vowed to jack up taxes on EVERYTHING in order to get their debt down. From a Bloomberg article on Francois Hollande's (President) tax proposals:

My gaming PC at $1200 incl. 24" 1080p LCD, and next would be my brand new laptop.

Because those damn hipsters brought fucking GIFs back into the mainstream, thereby winning the War of the Words in the first place.

This. I have to deal with a near-identical Dell monitor every day at work, and it SUCKS. Everything looks very fuzzy on it, which surprised me, given that it's a razor-thin LED panel at 1080p- it doesn't look half as good as my gaming PC's monitor.

Wait, from your second sentence on, are you talking about Blade Runner?

What's up with all the blurry cam? Seriously, in the 2nd to last photo, there's really nothing of the product being focused on, not even the edge of the laptop. Instead, it's all fucking blurry and we're treated to a high fidelity view of your wood-grain table top?

"Preparations A through G failed, but on the whole, Preparation H feels good."

I think that the issue w/ the Surface is that the Pro version is really the only version that makes sense in the market, and it's what carried the tech industry's enthusiasm forward for the products when they were announced. The RT just doesn't offer a big enough competitive advantage vs the established incumbents for

Queue the Mad Karma with Jim Kramer meme.

Dude, I liked Blade Runner too, but it looks campy compared to effects seen in, say, The 5th Element.

Yep, I physically cringed. I was like "The car... oh no, the car!"

Is that like PA's dickwolves?

I think they're talking about the design- the thinnes, the all-aluminum design, the minimal bezel, the minimalist language, etc. I think he definitely hyped on the screen's poor quality vs the other tablets in the bottom 1/3 of the article.

Black Friday deals absolutely make it worth it. Plus, if you haven't invested in a Roku or Apple TV yet, this will do all that and more- Netflix, Hulu Plus HD, YouTube, a browser, Last.fm, Spotify (I think- I don't use Spotify, but I think I've seen it lurking on there), etc.

Watch out for the alligators!

Oh, I see, your empirical evidence straw man re: not thinking the Microsoft Surface is a hot product outweighs everyone else's opinion, thanks.

I'm not saying it doesn't; I'm saying his hypothesis that it's paid because of the bullet points is completely bunk. It is likely a paid spot, but that's because Oprah is the most powerful name in TV, not because someone picked apart her elevator speech and decided it was too corporate. If Oprah were showcasing an
