Just because one person might grieve over the loss of their unborn fetus does not legally make that fetus a person. People grieve over lots of things that don’t require laws to make others to adopt the same view.

The fetus becomes a person when it can survive outside the womb. I know that's a fuzzy line, but it's the best we have so far.
