Ha, same here. My kindle easily fits into my jacket, but I'm always afraid it'll get dinged, so I slip it into my front pants pocket. It hardly even bothers me, and I can always whip it out during class.

Oh come on. There is no comparison between a tablet and an e-reader. The ONLY argument you have is having to tote multiple devices, but that is practically a non-issue, considering the Kindle 4 will easily slip into a (normal-sized) pants pocket or a jacket pocket.

How would you go about that? Do you need a new $100 copy of windows every time, or do you have an older Windows 7 disk (I have one from my custom-built pc) that you use to install, and then use the product key from the laptop?

I agree with the Microsoft Security Essentials comment. Did you know that they were actually locked out of pre-installing them on Windows 7? I can't remember which AV firm had a lawsuit, but it was considered "anti-competitive" for them to install their own anti-virus on their own operating system. And I use Windows…
