Yeah, I really like X-Men Evolution. They paid alot of attention to little details on that show. I think they only ever once drew Kurt in his hologram form without keeping his ring and middle fingers touching.

Well, I was mostly thinking about The Brothers Grimm, and Gilliam's comments about having to occasionally work for Hollywood when I typed that.
Really? I swear that's on my copy of the soundtrack… or maybe it was on the score, since I picked that up too.
The first movie had some pretty well done fight choreography. They didn't rely too much on special effects for the ass kicking. The second movie was just terrible in pretty much every aspect. I tried to revisit it a couple years ago to see if it was actually as bad as I remembered, and I couldn't believe that I…
As long as it's the soundtrack, and not the terrible "Music inspired my Mortal Kombat" cd. I accidentally bought that looking for the soundtrack, and it's pretty awful.
"Those were 500 dollar sunglasses, asshole!" is one of my favorite movie lines.
Titan AE was only a PG. I remember being really amused by that when Bill Pullman snaps Nathan Lane's neck and there were some horrified sounds from the parents who brought much to young children to see that movie.
"What are you doing?"
"Succeeding you."
Seriously. I was watching the Overwatch movies last week and couldn't figure out why Blizzard would outsource what's probably their biggest IP.
I'm hoping that this doesn't hurt Jones' career. Maybe he'll just be another Terry Gilliam; occasionally doing something generic and boring to keep the studios happy enough to give him money to do interesting passion projects.
I don't think you have to be on the outside for that to be the case.
If they're relying on China to make these profitable, you probably won't get much in the way of the undead in Warcraft movies. Depictions of skeletons aren't allowed in entertainment in China.
Isn't the fact that there are rape apologists an intrinsic aspect of rape culture?
I agree. I've been curious what the pitch to Statham was, and how much work he had to do.
I really hated that commercial for a couple weeks. And now it doesn't inspire the rage that it used to. I'm afraid there's some sort of Stockholm Syndrome developing and I'll eventually like it.
Thanks for this. Jones being in the movie was the only thing making me half consider eventually, maybe, sitting through a portion of this. Now I can go back to forgetting it happened.
I like alot of those things; but live action remakes of them fall more into nightmare than dream for me.
"Dominic Cooper plays the eponymous preacher Jesse Custer…" Shouldn't that be titular, not eponymous, since neither the comic nor the show is called Jesse Custer?
Yeah, Goyer is an abomination. The two of them together is the stuff of nightmares.
I totally agree. The most interesting thing about it was the different can designs. But it was weird that there was always some sort of hint of fruit flavor, but it was never consistent from can to can.
