Even if you don’t have a torque wrench, tighten lug nuts down by hand and not with an impact gun. At least doing it by hand you can get a “feel” for when they’re tight enough. That’ll make sure you aren’t stranded with a flat because you can’t remove the lug nuts which were tightened to 400 ft-lbs
