Taylor sold the rights willingly and with access to the best legal counsel in the world. They didn't steal it from her.

he must charge more for the sake of his family’s survival.

Wow, it must suck to be blamed and held accountable for something that someone else did just because you have some traits in common...

You gotta love the showmanship inherent in his obviously staged situation room photo “during” the raid that killed Al-Baghdadi:

You guys are awesome. It is not hyperbole to say that this site often gets me through the day. Keep up the good work, and for the love of god do not stick to sports.

Personally, this went just about perfectly. Jose Andres throws out first pitch, gets some modicum of proper recognition. Trump gets heartily booed (by a mostly rich, mostly white, conservative-skewing crowd). Alvarez, Correa, and Springer all hit bombs. Astros win and all the little George Wills went home sad.

The asshat was fired & the team and the owner apologized. More than once. Move on already. Sheesh...

It’s ok, Nats fans. Should they lose in Houston, just remember that the real treasure were the boos rained on diaper-baby presidents along the way.

It seems pretty clear to me that in the course of reporting the Weinstein story - which was presumably first a piece for NBC TV, which by necessity morphed into a print article when it moved to The New Yorker - a second story started to emerge. It’s literally in the title of this book, “Catch & Kill.” Killing Farrow’s

I have not read this book. But it sounds from the review that this is just not the book on the matter that Megan wanted to read. I’m sure, however, it’s exactly the book that Farrow set out to write.

The book is about NBC killing the story and Farrow trying to get it published.

William and Harry’s mom was killed because the press was literally chasing her to get some bullshit pictures and a story. They made her entire life hell, and then cut it short.

Two thirty-something men with their own young families and ever-diverging roles in the family business are no longer the double act they once were. Sounds like a normal adult sibling relationship to me.

Breaking: Adult Siblings Don't Live in Each Other's Pockets, Occasionally Disagree.

Perhaps. But the idea that the Astros are only winning because they gamed the system is over blown, almost to the point of complete bullshit. It’s one small part of what was a complete organizational overhaul. First, they did not build their entire roster from a series of no-doubt No. 1 picks from those years. And,

They own the Houston market, which just so happens to be the 4th largest city and 7th largest media market in the US. The team is presently valued at $1.1B.

Have you seen Yankee’s fans online? or in Person?

You should’ve just left it at the first three sentences. Nothing you say can make the Astros look worse than the yankees. You cheer for the same team that Rudy Fucking Guiliani cheers for. No. Fuck the yankees.

Sure, still, fuck the Yankees though.

Yeah, sure, but also fuck the Yankees.
