Exactly. The north american market fucking loves wagons and minivans, as evidenced by the millions of tall wagons (2 row unibody) and minivans (3 row unibody) they sell here every year.

Yeah, this pretty much. Buick’s Tourx wagon was met with highfives, fistbumps and hallelujahs by all jalops here, finally we get a wagon. Those same jalops subsequently went out and probably bought a CR-V or clapped out crown vic instead.
