I thought the “osteoporosis” was some joke that was going way over my head ;-)

Nope, that wouldn’t be a good thing if for instance the person with the key got out of the car and the driver was then merging onto the freeway while the car shuts off.
“I was watching the road and saw nothing that caused me to worry. Simply hydroplaned in a heavy rain.”
I think checked bags should be free and get charged for carryons (anything over the size of a laptop bag or small knapsack). Then more would get checked, the boarding process would be much quicker, and your legroom issue would be lessened. For those who are in too much of a hurry to check bags they can pay for the…
If the production Bolt looked much closer to the concept shown in that pic they would IMO be a lot more desirable.
“The whistles go wooo!”
Hahaha, is that really all you have? The link in the first post doesn’t even go anywhere related to Saabs.
A herniated disc forced me to keep things as even as possible when sitting so I moved my wallet to the front about 5 years ago. Had no idea there are choices designed specifically for it, will need to investigate.

Don’t worry I like tires, money in my wallet, and my car is FWD ;-)
Help a guy out who’s never done more than chirp the tires a bit when getting off the line. What keeps the car from launching forward when doing this? Are you leaning on the brakes while gassing it? If that’s the case I can see where this could go terribly wrong with a 5 year-old at the wheel.
No pumps needed. It’s always the same weight going up and down so I assume there are some beefy counterweights in those concrete structures and the end result is that it takes relatively little power to move the whole rig in either direction.
Because “you only ride like a Pacer if you’re wide like a Pacer.”
So typical, blame the victim.
I doubt they were just sitting there staring at the generator running. The driver may have been just a bit out of their range and only needed to run the generator for a few hours while they were doing other stuff anyway.
I think it would only be able to be used on roads that have controlled entrances for cars. The controls would be a big ass metal pole going over each entrance that is at the max height allowed.
Yep, late 40's and have two close friends named Jeff in the same age bracket. None of my teenage kids know any so your extinction prediction looks plausible :-)
Mine might be too...
Did I miss something, is it a nuclear truck?
Subtle humor, a jab at BMW-heads who get all wound up about the numbering scheme. I love it! COTD all the way.
The 11 seconds is in the article. The other stuff you’re asking about is probably in the vehicle logs.
