This seems like a huge waste. First, it’s probably not bright enough. And I get that neither is a small match, but you can use a small match to light candles. You can’t use a tiny disposable flashlight to do that.

Eeeeh, does it really matter, humans watching other humans do stuff for money is still the apex of ridicule. Surgeons who literally do operations that require more physical aptitude (precision, accuracy, nerves, calculation, preplanning..) than most professional sports get paid less than 10th of what professional…

I still don’t get the appeal of this show. I fit its target demo, I get all the references, and there are some laughs to be found, but I still don’t really like it. It seems to try too hard, like most of the recent Adult Swim fare. I really hope they don’t import this vibe into the new season of MST3K :/

Is it just me or have ‘standard’ figures (i.e. those which are typically sold in toy stores) decreasing in quality? I tend to focus on Hot Toys\Sideshow stuff lately, but I used to collect these types of figures and I remember them looking much better.

These guys were boyhood heroes. I remember the moment when the first human set foot on the moon, we we’re listening on the car radio at the drive-up at Waddell’s restaurant in Portland. I watched every launch and followed every mission. RIP Edgar.
