Someone on fb (yes yes I know) said "the BBC's not ready for it". I asked him if this meant they didn't have women's restrooms or something.

I offered to do this on io9 and my comment got deleted :/

Some guy on kotaku was being gross and basically decrying all the fake geek womens, yadda yadda. Another commenter was like "dude I've been around as a geek forever and I'm a girl".The guy was then like "where were you when I was growing up hurr hurr".

Avoiding guys like you :D

Ha, it made me want to play Gears.

Probably because you start every sentence with "I know how to backtrace NSA wiretaps, build Rube Goldberg machines that spit out coffee when you disable the office alarm and AND also figure out why your co-worker's computer is running so slow." Or something like that (even if you don't).

No worries at all and I appreciate you taking the time to write up your response! I was just worried that I'd missed something :)

?? I'm agreeing with you and you have good points, so I'm replying to promote/recommend. So I might be missing if we are disagreeing (sorry I'm tired and losing my cognitive function) over something we actually agree on.

Olal, thank you for posting this response, I think it sums up really the different 'feels' of the different sites-articulates the manner of discussion on Jezebel vs. Kotaku vs. Gawker vs. io9.

I doubt that, I think I've pooped before 2007.

Yeah, my brother and I have been alternating on it and I think it is great for fans (which my brother and I are!), and a fun playthrough (maybe once or so), but the actual gameplay isn't spectacular. But we are having TONS of fun with it.

I for one am shocked and appalled I tell you! SHOCKED AND APPALLED.

Also didn't psychology define being homosexual as some sort of mental deficiency until recently? Again, change does not necessary undermine 'science'.

Can you directly answer why a biological definition as a male/female vs. a psychology definition as male/female is so bothersome?

And I don't understand what you mean by science having no meaning, but you obviously aren't a scientist, so I'll let it slide. We change definitions all the time based on the facts and meanings we assign.

Yeah, but so is bacteria and a lot of other stuff. Calling it a life really has no meaning, unless you are begging the question by saying it is a human being. Then we can get on board with each other for a science debate. Until then, I think you and I should
go to our separate corners.

Did anyone else read Valextra as Valtrex(a)?

We've moved past white bro observational science into the era of DNA. So we aren't going off bird wing lengths or colors. Or if the parasite has a flagella or not.

This one time the PC police came to my house and told me my jokes were dumb and it hurt my feelings!!!1!!!!
