Best network, hands down.

I'm past that stage in life, but I really love it too. I'm also a sucker for musicals, especially ironic homages (Flight of the Conchords!)

Same. I love it, my kids love it.

When they trashed the grocery store, and then threw money up into the air as they left? That was the low point in the whole pile of raw sewage that was the LADB scene.

You listened to the Undone podcast too, didn't you?! I just listened to that, and so I felt uncomfortable watching this episode too, since it glosses over any negative aspects of the riot.

This is the best thing I've read all day, I cried real tears at work. Well done sir.

I believe you. I'm 40, and have been inside a Walmart exactly 2 times, neither in the past 2 decades.

Actually just loud and obnoxious.

Elsa began as a Princess. Mulan and Moana never were, though.

Moana sings all the time. She's a girl who loves her island. And a girl who loves the sea.

True, but she is still a hereditary leader. Couldn't be married off for a political alliance since they live on a secluded island. She'd probably end up marrying a cousin.

I loved the movie, but the weakest 2 parts were definitely the 2 villian parts: the crab and the little ocean ewoks. They made no sense to me, and there was no real feeling that they mattered to the plot.

I thought the actress did great, I love her islander accent.

Her ancestral visions were my favorite parts of the movie. Beautiful.

I originally thought the songs from Tangled and Frozen were catchier, and maybe they are a little, but most of that is saturation. My kids and I have been listening to Moana songs on YouTube all week, and now they're all stuck in my head. Moana songs definitely have more of a unique sound, though, I assume due to

What was it? I had to jam, because including the lines, we were at the theater almost 4 hours and my kids were losing it.

Same. I'm humming all the songs all the time.

I went to a middle class high school like this, also had zero guidance on what it took to get into college, or what the various options for college were. My parents had no idea, either. I was lucky and pretty much fell ass-backward into a good situation.

Love you

I think that is the usual way it would have played out. But Lorelai is in mid-crisis, which is why the show's ridiculousness didn't delight her like it normally would have.
