I wonder if purchasing organic onions (for now) would address this problem, as maybe ProSource doesn’t supply those? Might be an easier way to avoid the problem, if that’s true? Does anyone have information on that?

Have you seen Dazed and Confused recently? I tried to rewatch it this year and it does not hold up (for me). The sexism and bullying was so intense and gross, I had to turn it off - it was like a horror movie. I don’t think that stuff impacted me hardly at all when I first watched, but this time around it was like

Yeah - in my experience it’s always the algae that makes concrete and rocks crazy dangerous near water. I’ve stepped into some algae covered rocks underwater that were more slippy than wet ice. If that steep ramp is covered with damp algae, I’m surprised it doesn’t happen way more often.. (Or maybe the 1-3 years

Victim blame much? Give it a rest - his choices are his own. How he gets past this encounter and on with the rest of his life is up to him. He doesn’t owe the world a lawsuit or criminal charges - that’s 100% up to him.

I wonder why they didn’t do this conversion on a high roof version? Seems like a real mistake — the max headroom on a Transit 150 is 81.5" for the crew version. (source: https://media.ford.com/content/dam/fordmedia/North%20America/US/product/2020/transit-passenger-van/20TRANSIT_Tech_Specs.pdf)

My girlfriend presents as much more alternative (tats, hair color, clothes) than I do. But friends that know us both understand our commonalities and why we make sense. This whole subject is a little superficial to say the least.. That doesn’t make it wholly inaccurate though.

The Red Baron was a great game!

The Red Baron was a favorite of mine. But my all time fav was Chuck Yeager’s Air Combat game. I burned a lot of time in college on that one. So great.

Assuming a manual transmission I think the RV/Jeep owner made two mistakes: putting the car into 4L and not putting the Jeep into a high gear - 5th, I’d guess. The owner may have put the car into 1st gear and 4L, in which case the revs would have been spectacularly too high and easily blow up the engine at even

Yeah - “I pay taxes, but...” the libertarian equivalent to “I’m not a racist, but...” Nothing productive or reasonable comes out of someone’s mouth after they say one of those phrases.

This happened to my mom. She’s an attorney and ran a school, so not a pushover but it wasn’t until my step-dad was called and showed up that they relented. Misogyny should be mentioned in relation to this practice as I'm confident women get this treatment far more than men from dealerships.

I believe it will not be until 2032 that the majority of working class people in the US be people of color. https://www.epi.org/publication/the-changing-demographics-of-americas-working-class/

We had Trump in the 80s as a self-absorbed douche, just like these guys. It wasn’t different back then, at least in the US. There have always been rich douchebags who flaunt their money and try to make others feel small.

Yup - same here. I can tolerate them but if I eat two beyond sausages instead of one, I get an allergic reaction. Anyone with a serious allergy would need to stay away.

I’ve owned this product for years - those 1 star reviews are generally ridiculous - people want a totally secure safe, and this thing costs $14. It’s great for putting stuff in if you want to know if someone else has accessed it. I like it b/c it has to be broken open to be opened - so I’ll know someone got into it.

You can send yourself a reminder sms from Google calendar. That feature is being removed from free Google calendar in January but if you have a Google suite account, the feature will stick around for now.. You can't send a sms to anyone else using gcal though.

It was not until the 60's that the 2nd amendment began to be interpreted that way (by the black panthers originally). It was until this millennium that the courts solidified that view. The second amendment was originally believed to protect the states from the federal government back when hiding muskets in

A+ for effort, but I fear you’re explaining rational things to a 15 year old (or the life experience equivalent).

Sadly, their site is giving 500 errors when I try to freeze my account. So clearly these guys are still in the crisis phase of dealing with all this.

Get try ply stainless pans - without triple layers on the sides of the pan you’ll leave scorch marks and generally be unhappy with your stainless pan. Try ply (three layers of metal) will cost more but they are much better pans - you’ll notice the difference a lot.
