CP on the American’s Tire price. I paid a bit over 1k all said and done for 4 KO2's with road hazard warranty on my 4Runner on the middle of a trip where I couldn’t haggle more at Discount. They ripped him off. That being said...check out costco for tires, they run sales where install is 1 cent and the prices are…
My vote is for the XC90(so long as volvo dealer in town), but lease instead of buy. They have great leases on these from time to time.
I would take a look at the Chevy Volt. Might not meet your needs since the battery only range is 35 or 50 miles but if your commute is in those mile ranges might be a good alternative. Battery packs last much longer then Leaf and has a ICE range extender when you run the battery dead.
But if they made them lower you would be able to park them in your garage and not have to show off your new truck to the neighbors.
I like the idea actually. My main thought reading through the article was I wonder how much weight one can put on the joint with the tailgate dropped before it fails. Apparently its 2k lbs but I bet it is evenly distributed. Wonder how long before someone overloads the joint with the tailgate dropped.
I will likely buy a Model 3 but during all the delays I wound up leasing a Jag XE and stuck in that POS lease till mid 2020. Not to mention buying a 65k vehicle vs leasing one are totally different financial commitments. Esp when I only typically keep a vehicle 2 yrs. My typical style is to lease new, buy slightly…
Love the looks, but with the poor customer service and total first year out of service time sitting at 67 business days my Jag XE has had I won’t ever recommend or buy another JLR product.
Engineering Explained mentioned something about the battery/motor/tech in the 3 being the better platform to buy for future. I have driven the 3 RWD & Performance, S P100D and Stinger GT2. I liked the Stinger but the Model 3 is just so different and addictive. I would drive them all back to back if you can.
I remember putting a pallet of pavers in my 2012 F-150. Was about 1 ton which was a max payload rating for my truck. Might have been rated for it but I wouldn’t want to do that on a regular basis.
I have a Jag XE...after mine spent 3+ months in the dealer for various electrical issues...no way I will buy a Jag EV. I will wait for a Model 3 Performance.
Have had a XE 35t RSport for a little over a year and I will confirm..its good but just doesn’t have the Alfa fizz or Audi/MB class. But it is fully loaded for about 200/mo cheaper on a lease which is fitting. It is good fun to drive.
All the reviews in the truck reviews say the Ford programming is far better.
Can confirm, love my 04 4Runner V8. 230k miles. If I were to replace it with anything it would prolly be a Tacoma just to have a truck bed again.
In your application it has helped significantly. Typically it makes things worse for a the few cars I tried. Then they don’t dim correctly either.
My Jag with the ZF8spd starts in 2nd almost always...drives me mad. If I am Dynamic mode I want 1st gear at a start - always.
I say...Ariel Atom in a bright color
I am gonna point the 718's sales on the fact its sounds like poo. I would buy a last gen NA 6 or a 911. No way do I want a turbo 4 Cayman.
A winter Baja 500 type race in urban Detroit. Baja trucks are well adapted to the crap infrastructure of Detroit roads. Just need some heaters in the trucks.
Welp there goes Toyota reliability stats.
