You can buy a first gen Volt for just over 10k, still under battery/powertrain warranty. 35-40 miles EV range and extender for over that.

Neutral: Lets see...missing this year from NAIAS. Mazda, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover and Maserati. All of which were at Chicago Auto Show last year. Will be going to Chicago this year. Will be a first time to the Chicago show vs always going to NAIAS.

AWD - check. Turbo 4 - check. All it needs is a engine tune, body kit, suspension tweak, wheels/tires and it will be another Mazdaspeed 6.

Problem they will run into at likely 40k is that Mazda doesn’t discount new vehicles much. So they lease poorly. Sure you could get a better deal on a Fusion Sport.

Most of my complaints were small really. It was a good car. Main reason I didn’t get a RS was ride quality and lack of advanced safety features. Plus I found a deal on a nearly new ‘16 Camaro 2SS for 10k cheaper than the “market” price for the RS was.

The FoST doesnt have any issues relating to head gasket’s that I have seen. Overall they seem to be fairly solid. Most of the minor issues I had were early build ‘13 issues that were later resolved and fixed under warranty. Only car that I still got a kick out of after owning for 4 years.

I had a 2013 ST for 4 years and 60k miles. It was a good car. Had a few small issues but all were resolved under warranty. Overall a fun car.

With the number of manufactures pulling out of NAIAS and lack of concepts the last couple years were rather disappointing. I think this year will be the first year my buddies and I go to the Chicago show vs Detroit. Its a bummer because downtown Detroit has been improving.

Have you driven one? Go drive a Ti Sport. Like driving a E46.

ZF 8spd is one of the best transmissions. The co-developed GM/Ford 10spd also is getting good press. Mercedes is using their own developed 9spd which has been good as well. Of course this is all in Longitudinal mounting locations. The problematic ZF 9spd is a transverse mount and it was made much worse by FCA’s “cost

However were the first to use it and they did not pay to have ZF customize it for them or built it for them. So they took a German transmission and made it cheap

For that price I would expect a CTS-V motor stuffed under the hood. Also while I love manuals...I would expect it to be an auto...although a built one.

I have to agree, past 2 cars have had a heated steering wheel and it is by far the best “new” thing added for comfort. Also I am not allowed to buy vehicles without heated seats...wife demands it. Her side is on from fall till late spring.

CP because very unsafe - also that one is a 1991 and does not have any airbags.

Most of the Lyft/Uber drivers I talk to during my rides sit at home during non peak hours waiting for fares. Why it takes longer for them to show up sometimes.

While I think your concerns over reliability on the Giulia are (mostly) no longer founded as most of the newsworthy issues have since been fixed by software updates. I will agree with the noncompetitive dealers. I worked deals with 5-6 dealers in various regions of the US trying to get a deal and in the end wound

Sorry but 382/mo before tax for a 32,800 vehicle is not what I consider a good deal. 299/mo with zero down for the base vehicle would be acceptable. Perhaps I have been spending too much time on Leasehackr but anything over 1% of sticker I think is not a good deal.

Audi A3/S3/RS3 still has a retractable screen, but I am not sure if its only because its carry over. That was a big selling point for me that I could hide the main screen and do everything on the Virtual Cockpit. Alas I didnt wind up going with one.

Looks similar to the Traverse from the rear 3/4

Used Model S?!? Neighbor just got a 2012-13? P85 for about that price with a Tesla CPO warranty.
