The only evidence that the photojournalists were tresspassing and stealing private information is the word of the security guard. It’s entirely possible that the journalists had every right to be where they were and the security guards were attempting to detain the journalists illegally.

Because paparazzi and photographers have never been roughed up by security for taking pictures of things their clients would rather not have published. Riiiiight.

mustang moved into the far right lane though, i suspect he was exiting. still doesnt make right for passing on the right, but the fault is purely the f150, even if he had sideswiped the mustang, he didnt signal, and clearly didnt check before moving into the lane.
