Isn’t “manipulating the monsters” into traps a core component of the series? Ever used a pitfall or shock trap? Bombs?

Can’t agree on any of these points - even some of the launch games still look fine visually, control fine on Wii U and Wii (so it’s been done, twice), Rom size is negligible (a few MB - while bigger than SNES or NES roms, still can download in seconds, rather than... 1 second?). Then there’s easily 20 non-nintendo…

Wii U VC emulation was great on Gameboy advance titles. Well worth a look.

It’s doubtful it took them 5 months to put together a single powerpoint slide to announce a change of course that won’t even be implemented for another 6-12 months.

I dunno what to tell you but the trailer’s at 1080, and in TV mode it’s rendered at 1080, not upscaled (you might look up the meaning of upscaling).

Is the area you’re comparing meant to be a faithful recreation of the area in the original? Hence the “generations” moniker? Might want to look for a different comparison...
