Just in the last few weeks there have been some very good ones. Shadow of Mordor and Alien Isolation and Bayonetta 2 and The Evil Within and Dark Souls 2 DLC. If there's nothing there that appeals to you then what did you want Blizzard to do for you.

Since you're so fantastically knowledgeable about how games should be made and budgeted, why not make your own instead of waiting for someone to "appeal to your sensibilities"?

I have a 3DS and I'm not seeing much going on there. Whenever Nintendo's release slate for the 3DS is dry enough they'll bring over something from a couple years ago (bravely default and fantasy life, both of which are admittedly quite good). 2 out of the 4 of those are ports, and 4 is pretty slim to begin with.
