basically just bread and chicken. No need for revulsion! Unless you've recently watched the movie food inc.

One of the best articles I've read here. So thanks for that!

Seems like it would make sense to include Monster Hunter on this list.

With everyone rushing out to see Iron Man 3 this weekend, now seems like a great time to tally up exactly how much it would cost to replace all of the cars that were damaged or destroyed in the first two films. For the purposes of this story, we're pretending that Iron Man and all of his cars are real, and not

Seems like a strangely high frequency of characters with facial scars / facial blood splatters. I guess this is a case of the old "different strokes".

For me a lot of the appeal came from the multiplayer. I only played the DS one and I'm not sure what has changed since then, but there's something really cool about seeing what your friends have done with their town. Some fun and unexpected stuff happens, which is pretty rare in games.

Isn't he just describing the wii? 6 years worth of virtual console releases, full gamecube library, full wii library. What makes the wii u more utopian in this regard? The ability to take the controller with you to the water closet?

WHERE IS TABLE TOP

If that happens I will personally deliver to you the new model, cosplayed up as reggie fils aime.

OK... we'll talk when MH4 gets here in 2015 but for most of your other examples it seems like you're either being intentionally obtuse, or the publishers of these games have done a really good job marketing these "mobile" companion games. Lego City for 3ds is most definitely not the same game you're referring to that

I don't know how you can cite bravely default as a rationale for getting a 3ds considering it's not coming out this year - when it probably could have been out LAST year (which continues nintendo's precedent of sitting on great looking rpgs for years, if not forever).

I think there's something else going on here - after all 4 heroes of light had the same aesthetic (albeit less refined and less appealing overall).

Not sure about that - DQ9 is about as high profile as it gets. World ends with you was solid, the crystal chronicles games were alright - anyway they put out quite a lot in the DS days. This gen has been theatrythm and a kingdom hearts game.

But it's never been like this. On the DS we never had to wait 1.5 years for a game to be released here.

What happens when you get a call and your phone is tangled up in your entertainment center (you'll probably want to be plugged into a power strip and into the hdmi port on your tv)?

because it's not a phone?

you conveniently left out that your phone costs $600

Sounds... totally fine. Love the look - haven't been following the game's development but that screen takes me back to PS1 era (those were the days)

these sprites look familiar... secret of mana?

I feel like I'm in bizarro world reading all these posts that say it looks (graphically) the same or worse than dark souls 1. Maybe these people haven't played DS recently, but I was totally blown away with the improvements - especially that bridge scene. Lighting is way better, environments, destruction, enemies
