That was unforgivable. The Trump train grew out of Sarah Palin’s ridiculousness too. We can hang today’s political climate around McCain’s neck.

He never had any. It was a myth invented by the media, along with his maverickyness. It was always bullshit - but the press loved him.
I disagree entirely with your comment. McCain has proven himself party over country and has been the Presidents lapdog since Trump called him a loser for being a prisoner of War. And almost every single Republican in the committee asked about or brought up an investigation that was CLOSED, to try and deflect attention…
IMHO, John McCain wanted to know how any Clinton investigation could be over if the investigation didn’t find any reason to bring charges against Hillary. This is what decades of watching Fox News will do to one’s mind: if the investigation doesn’t find something it doesn’t mean the party did nothing wrong, it means…
Good thing he just got reelected, so we get 6 more years of his being a “Maverick”!
I was going to point this out. Totally agree. It’s the best, because it provides us with the insight into Trump’s brain. It’s the same I’m-nodding-but-not-really-listening-processing-anything-you-say nod and constipated facial expression he wears when people are speaking English to him. He never really, actually…
This video has European leaders openly snickering and talking about Trump behind their hands as he gives his terrible speech. Yet when he rejoins them they manage to remain professional. He is such an international laughing stock. He is such a bad speaker.
I would pay to see a world leader do an “up high, down low, too slow” move on him.
My favorite part was when Trump did the old smile-and-nod while Macron was speaking French.
My favorite moment is when Trump loosens his fingers to maneuver out of the handshake and Macron grips Trump’s hard one more time as if to assert that the handshake won’t end until Macron is good and ready.
He made Trump tap out. You can see that Trump releases his grip first and Macron is still holding on until Trump’s tiny fingers tap down.
Just for an instant after they stop Macron drops his eyes and his disdain is obvious, before he regains impeccable diplomat face.
Donald may never shake another leader’s hand. Word has gotten out that he’s as soft as jelly, and now everyone is gunning for him.
I hope all world leaders start to troll him with handshake shenanigans.
And he said a line that will almost certainly become synonymous with this period in American history, and will be used in the future books and movies that will tell the story of this time, when, in response to a question about the possibility that US persons may be guilty of collusion, he said that “frequently, people…
His demeanor and body language totally betrayed how high he perceives the stakes to be, although his tone and language was totally professional.
Watching this was entrancing. There were times when you could see that his hands were shaking (notably when making the statement included in the third paragraph), in the way that your hands shake when you’ve got too much adrenaline. Fidgeting helped hide it somewhat, but to me it really says that he knows exactly how…
HIDE THE AIRPORTS!
He just got on a plane. CHANGE THE LOCKS!!!
