Having Jared Harris really multiplies the IRA feeling I get. But I think the point is to take the idea of historically oppressed people and ratchet it to 11. Belters are essentially born into servitude, and their masters can literally poison their environment to control them. Also, even if they are treated well,

Naomi may have darker motives, but I don't think it's unreasonable to want to hang onto a sample until you are positive no one else has any. It's why we still keep so many deadly viruses at USAMRID and other places. So long as they exist elsewhere, we've got to study them and look for ways to counter their effects.

This show is so into technical realism in a way no other show ever is that I didn't understand at first why Amos struggled when outside Tycho. And I'm the guy who always nitpicks realism in space scenes and movies. But I've been so conditioned by TV's unreality that I didn't even recognize reality when I saw it.

Considering his strong feelings for Alex in the scene when he repainted the Martian flag, and their laughing friendship when Holden told then he and Naomi were bumping uglies, I'm thinking he did go find someone to give him at least the initial reversible treatment that the psycho scientist mentioned.

It really demonstrates that domestic ratings are no longer a good guide. International sales and streaming rights must really make a huge difference, because there is no way this show gets even two seasons just five years ago. Far less expensive shows with even better ratings were getting cancelled back then.

Holden has been exceptionally one dimensional, even wooden this season. But in recently rewatching season one, I didn't find that to be the case. He had a lot more personality in that. Still a bit the generic and stoic do gooder, but distinctive nonetheless. But now he seems the weak link every week.

The thing I found narratively convenient was that spacing those people required no one knowing who or how many refugees were on that ship. Since they have repeatedly demonstrated how easily people can be scanned, identified, and logged (including in this episode), we have to believe that Mars didn't bother to do that

Probably he returns looking all blue and stuff.

I love Dawed accent. He's mesmerizing, and it feels so natural. But my favorite accent moment is still when Miller really turned it on to hilarious effect while riling up the rent-a-thugs on Eros.

I certainly enjoyed Lenny's frustration at having to work so hard. That bit reminded me of a few comic book villain monologues from actual comics. Despite being so unlike any previous comic adaptation, this show is much more like an actual comic than nearly anything I've ever seen. It reminds me of how it felt when I

But he has no problem eating a baby during his audition for Bryan Fuller.

My god has no dick. Yes, my god is Walter Peck.

Seems like the headline should be: Matthew Perry Admits He Was A Complete Dick In School

Obviously this is why Pacific Rim 2: Kissing Cousins isn't starring Charlie Hunnam.

This is not really a problem for Hunnam, as his leading ladies have mysteriously all felt the same way.

Now I just want to see You've Got Mail as a Grindr oriented rom-com.

I would recommend this thread just watch the Honest Trailer rather than see the move. Oh hell, who am I kidding? I recommend everyone do that.

CGI, my friend. Movies be magic.

What if John McClain were a totally regular guy who just happened to be nine feet tall and built from bricks, steel bars and C-4?
