The $2.9 billion price however does not include the seats, snacks, or drinks in inventory. They have to pay extra for those.
Team Xecuter had zero negative effect on Switch hardware sales (and possibly a small positive effect): their key product was for installation into a Switch.
Software sales certainly suffered a little. Not much due to pre-existing hacks for older Switch hardware and the relatively small piracy scene compared to the…
Imagine recommending more prison time for pirating video games than for insurrection against the United States.
Fuck this shit, arrest all of wall street, who gives a fuck about a tiny hacker barely denting switch sales?
Five years is the absolute most we’ve seen for any of the 1/6 insurrectionists, so far.
saying he only made an estimated $320,000 over seven years
It’s believed that the large scale of Team-Xecuter’s decade-long operation, plus all the money they made and cost video game companies, is what caught the eye of the federal government.
Nintendo is doing just fine. Piracy should be a fine and probation it’s a monetary crime anyway. But whatever keeps the privatized prison system going, I guess.
This begs the question though: if you do have to pay just as much attention to the road with these semi-automated systems as you would driving a regular car, then what’s the point of it? If it’s just as easy/hard (depending on your perspective) to drive a car without these assists, why spend the extra money on them?…
I haven’t been in any vehicle with any kind of driver assist akin to what’s talked about here or in Teslas, etc. but I have to think that, done correctly, with your unfettered focus on what the car’s systems are doing, at the ready to take over at any moment, would be more tiring/numbing than actually doing the…
The new recruits here lately have been confusing stunning engineering with the rich people who own them, and that their job should be to cover the vehicle first. Almost everyone who reads Jalopnik already thinks Bezos is a scumbag, piling on is just annoying. Spanfeller’s plan for G/O seems to be to turn it into a…
I think the real question is that when the EPA said 8mpg did they rate it with the EPA test cycle, or did they rate it for USPS use... because if it’s the EPA test cycle... that’s probably going to be closer to 3 or 4mpg when in actual use.
Caravans
Missed opportunity here, they could have paid £2, because that would’ve been about uhm…$ tree fiddy.
The Negus livery? I assume it was accented with gold-pressed latinum.
The airport isn’t in Denver.
Do they have more of them? I have a buck 30
Snoop Dogg and Tom Arnold? How could this movie fail?
Suzannah has done quite the job spending nearly $300k to make the space look like my 30 year old cousin who hasn’t quite learned he’s no longer in college’s basement
