If I understand correctly, they can do this because it’s their property, and they can choose who to sell it to, or not.  So unless the lease contract explicitly guarantees the lessee the right to sell to whomever they want, I don’t see why they couldn’t do this.

Like, they enjoy smelling gasoline when filling up their car?  That’s nutty.  Anything from the past 30 years or so should not have any gasoline smell at all while in operation.  I don’t mind a hint of unburned gas from an exhaust, but that is generally from cars from the 60s or earlier in my experience.
