you could for 360 but not x1. however the bigger feature is using smartglass to buy them and it starts downloading on your console before you get home. i think the ps4 could do this already

this game looks ehhhh to me

they would have to SEVERELY limit their own hardware to accomplish that. 360 and ps3 had to do a lot to find a way to make their systems backwards compatible. in the end thats why sony get rid of ps2 compatibility. too much money

I remember when i used to be into jrpgs in the ps2 days. i actually got a 360 because of all the jrpgs they announced back in the day, well that plus halo and tons of other games tha were exclusive at the time. things slowed down at the back end. never ended up playing those jrpgs

or the xbox one smartglass app. so much better
