lets be real, the best way to play rts games is on the pc. nintendo handhelds have done a good job in certain games. halo wars sticks out to me on the 360 as a good one. xcom was great on consoles. civilization on consoles was good maybe? Point is that much better to play on pc than a shitty ps4
