The reason Germany won't hand it to us is because Thomas Müller seems to always show up when it comes to the World Cup. He's similar to Messi in the way he scores and creates plays, and Germany's offense doesn't have an off switch. Basically, it should be an offensive slugfest.

Welcome

The close up vine going around is pretty gruesome, too.

Like I said, there is no goaltending rule in soccer. I know you have the board on your side, but I think we can both agree they're not really known for being cutting-edge.

I cannot say I know all of the details in FIFA ruling, but I have seen a player pulled down (from the shoulders outside of the box) on a breakaway awarded a PK because it was "a blatant foul to prevent an obvious scoring opportunity." Either way, you're missing the point. Playing goalie and committing a foul are two

Not really. If you blatantly take down a player that only has the goalie to beat (ie. pull them down from behind), you would receive the same penalty, a red card and opposing team PK, even outside of the box. He did not deny them the opportunity; he just flat out denied them the point.

Smart Fortwo Turbo. Sounds like one of those sidewalk cleaning leaf blowers that cuts out every now and then to let people pass.

The only problem I have with the rule is that it basically says "if a player prevents an obvious open scoring opportunity, s/he receives a red card and the opposing team receives a PK." It's equivalent to fouling a player on a fast break in basketball and preventing the easy lay up (minus the being removed from the

Dirk Nowitzki is projected to be worth $1.1 million more than Kevin Love...? Was this made in Denver?

That went through my mind, too.

They're not the only ones. MSN (UK) have him listed as the star player.

I'd give up voting and watching rated R movies in theaters for this, too. Rock on underagers, rock on!

My dad had a 4-door, 1.9 liter 4-cylinder, '91 Ford Escort. I basically grew up watching him drive it and he always told me the best way to learn is to start on a hill. What would you know, our house was on a steep, high hill. So, when I was 13 or 14 my parents went on a trip for a few days and took my mom's car

You could always use a cell phone and a custom window mount holder for it. That's pretty much what I did, but I have an S3 so it was pretty ease to find a mount that would hold the phone perfectly, while also having a hole where the camera is so filming isn't obstructed. The external memory comes in handy and maybe

That was quick.

So, that whole "you can do anything" motto is gone? Guess the Ivory Coast, Switzerland, and LA Kings, for that matter, are all terrorist. Boring and uneventful is the new way. Terrorist could learn a lot if they watched the NBA Finals or the Super Bowl.
