You could ask your Ford dealer if they could bring over the wagon version of the Fusion/Mondeo. It's got a similar wheel base as your current car, although the front and/or rear overhang is more compact so the car is shorter.

Undoubtedly best suggestion, but violates the resale rule. Literally no human on earth looking to buy a used one right now, and banks won't finance em. I'd do it for $5k, and at the end I'd abandon it in a field somewhere.
